Pottery Barn is looking for a motivated and creative Lead Visual Merchandiser to join our team. They should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong project management skills.The Lead Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for curating visual displays, both in-store and online, to drive sales and create an engaging shopping experience. They will be in charge of coordinating with the merchandising team to ensure the displays are up to date with product offerings and visually stimulating. The Lead Visual Merchandiser will also be responsible for training and mentoring visual merchandisers and store associates to ensure that displays are consistently meeting the brand’s standards.The ideal candidate should have a degree in visual merchandising or a related field along with 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising. They should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Curate visual displays, both in-store and online, to drive sales and create an engaging shopping experience

- Create reports and presentations for senior management
