Job Description

Pottery Barn is seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced Lead Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. This individual will have a keen eye for detail and a strong passion for the home décor and furnishings industry. The Lead Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for delivering a strong visual presentation and driving sales through creative product display. To be successful in this role, the Lead Visual Merchandiser must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, have an eye for color and design, and be able to think strategically to maximize sales. The ideal candidate should also have a knack for problem-solving and a deep understanding of the customer experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain visually appealing and effective product displays to maximize sales.
  2. Manage all aspects of the visual merchandising process, from concept to execution.
  3. Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies to ensure a positive customer experience.
  4. Collaborate with store leadership to ensure visual merchandising strategies are meeting company objectives.
  5. Monitor stock levels and keep inventory organized.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create promotional displays.
  7. Train and mentor new team members on visual merchandising techniques.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and adjust visual merchandising strategies accordingly.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
