Pottery Barn is looking for a highly creative and motivated Lead Visual Merchandiser to join our team. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual who is ready to take on the challenge of creating and maintaining visually appealing store displays that will attract customers and drive sales.The ideal candidate must have an eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles. We are seeking someone who understands the retail industry and has experience in visual merchandising. A successful Lead Visual Merchandiser at Pottery Barn will be able to translate our brand aesthetic into a visually engaging store environment.Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in design, visual merchandising, or a related field and at least two years of experience in visual merchandising. Prior retail experience is a plus. The Lead Visual Merchandiser must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work both independently and collaboratively, and have a passion for design. - Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring that displays are kept clean and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that displays are up-to-date and in-line with current promotions.
- Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to drive sales.
- Train and mentor other visual merchandising team members.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust store displays accordingly.
- Keep abreast of current trends and innovations in visual merchandising.
- Stay within budget when purchasing display materials.
