Job Description

Pottery Barn is looking for an innovative and experienced Lead Visual Merchandiser to join our team in creating inspiring and aspirational shopping experiences for our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about styling and merchandising, and who is able to take initiative and think strategically. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the Pottery Barn brand. They will have the ability to think creatively and will possess an eye for detail. The Lead Visual Merchandiser will be a highly organized individual, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a related field. They must have a strong knowledge of current trends, the ability to develop creative and effective visual representations, and a thorough understanding of the retail industry.We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated to take the lead and help bring our vision to life. Responsibilities:

  1. Create inspiring and aspirational shopping experiences for Pottery Barn customers.

  5. Effectively communicate with team members.
  6. Ensure the overall look and feel of Pottery Barn stores is in line with the brand.
  7. Use an eye for detail to create an engaging shopping experience.
  8. Utilize strategic thinking to develop innovative solutions.
  9. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
  10. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
