At Pottery Barn, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team and help customers find the perfect home furnishings. The ideal candidate should be able to maintain a high level of customer service and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.The successful applicant will be a customer-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work well in a team setting. You must also have a basic understanding of sales and merchandising principles. Responsibilites:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Maintain a high level of team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Monitor sales and merchandising principles to ensure the store looks attractive and inviting.
  4. Assist customers in finding the perfect home furnishings.
  5. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure store is properly stocked.
  6. Monitor store security and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  7. Assist in creating promotional campaigns and in-store events.
  8. Ensure store policies and procedures are followed.
  9. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and suggestions.
  10. Assist in training and developing new key holders.
