As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations and providing outstanding customer service. You will be the go-to person for problem solving and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of retail experience, a strong knowledge of customer service practices, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a friendly and outgoing personality. Responsibilities:
- Maintain store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Assist customers in finding merchandise and answering any questions they may have.
- Train and coach other sales associates on customer service techniques and store policies.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock shelves.
- Handle transactions and process payments.
- Troubleshoot any customer service issues that arise.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding process of new staff members.
- Develop strong relationships with customers.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
