1. Maintain store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
3. Assist customers in finding merchandise and answering any questions they may have.
4. Train and coach other sales associates on customer service techniques and store policies.
5. Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock shelves.
6. Handle transactions and process payments.
7. Troubleshoot any customer service issues that arise.
8. Assist in the hiring and onboarding process of new staff members.
9. Develop strong relationships with customers.
10. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
