Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and provide excellent customer service.
2. Assist customers in selection of products to meet their needs.
3. Process sales transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
4. Monitor store activity and ensure the safety of the store environment.
5. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly merchandised.
6. Provide support to other team members in areas such as stocking, cashiering, and customer service.
7. Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
8. Monitor and restock inventory to ensure availability of products.
9. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
10. Participate in weekly team meetings and store activities.
