The Key Holder is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least one year of retail experience, and have an outgoing and friendly personality. The individual should also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate must be organized and able to multitask in a dynamic environment. The ability to work a flexible schedule and a commitment to providing excellent customer service is a must. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selection of products to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Monitor store activity and ensure the safety of the store environment.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly merchandised.
- Provide support to other team members in areas such as stocking, cashiering, and customer service.
- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and restock inventory to ensure availability of products.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and store activities.
