  1. Collaborate with customers to understand their design preferences and needs.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance on furniture, decor, and accessories to create cohesive and personalized living spaces.
  3. Utilize knowledge of design principles and current trends to create visually appealing and functional home designs.
  4. Generate and present design concepts and mood boards to customers.
  5. Source and select furniture, decor, and accessories from Pottery Barn's inventory to meet customers' design needs and budget.
  6. Coordinate with other team members, such as sales associates and delivery personnel, to ensure timely and successful execution of design projects.
  7. Conduct in-home consultations and measurements to accurately plan and execute design projects.
  8. Maintain a strong knowledge of Pottery Barn's products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  9. Continuously stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in design projects.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  12. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the showroom's appearance to attract and inspire customers.
  13. Participate in company training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  15. Stay organized and manage multiple design projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
