A college degree in business or retail management is preferred, and 5+ years of retail management experience is required. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
- Monitor store performance and develop plans to improve customer service, operational efficiency, and drive sales growth.
- Lead, motivate, and manage store personnel and ensure team members are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Analyze current store performance and develop action plans to improve inventory control, merchandising, and promotional strategies.
- Manage store budgets and maintain costs within allocated levels.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement new initiatives to improve store performance.
