Job Description

We are currently seeking a Distribution Planner to join our team and ensure our products are delivered efficiently and effectively. As a Distribution Planner, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and optimizing warehouse operations. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for logistics.   1. Monitor inventory levels and make strategic decisions to maintain optimal levels for all products.
  2. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  3. Develop and implement distribution plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  4. Analyze data and trends to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse operations.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the warehouse.
  7. Collaborate with other teams such as sales, purchasing, and marketing to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve distribution processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Communicate with customers and address any issues or concerns related to distribution and delivery of products.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to distribution and logistics.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Distribution Planning, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Efficient Distribution Strategies.

  • Proficiency In Inventory Management Software And Systems, As Well As Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments And External Vendors.
