Pottery Barn is looking for an experienced Distribution Analyst to join our team and help us build upon our success. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing top-notch customer service and committed to helping us maximize efficiency.The Distribution Analyst is a crucial role within the company, responsible for overseeing our distribution process and ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely and effective manner. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a strong working knowledge of logistics software systems and experience with data analysis. Working knowledge of warehouse management systems and transportation management systems is also preferred.This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join an established and successful team. Responsibilities of the Distribution Analyst:

  1. Manage and oversee the company’s distribution process, ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Analyze logistics data, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for process changes.
  3. Monitor warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and logistics software systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Track order fulfillment and ensure that customer orders are timely and accurate.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are adequately stocked.
  6. Analyze distribution and order fulfillment trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure that customer orders are properly processed and fulfilled.
  8. Prepare reports on order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory levels.
  9. Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  10. Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
