- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management to continuously improve strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and manage budgets for customer relationship marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Pottery Barn by embodying our customer-centric values and promoting a positive customer experience.
- Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve customer relationship marketing strategies and processes.
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Customer Relationship Marketing, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Customer Retention And Loyalty Programs.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Segmentation, Data Analytics, And Crm Technologies.
Excellent Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With The Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
