Designer, Print & Pattern

Pottery Barn is seeking a highly creative and passionate Designer, Print & Pattern to join our Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating vibrant and unique designs that capture the spirit of our brand and complement the product assortment. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of designers, product developers, and merchants to create beautiful collections for our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in design or related field and 3-5 years of experience in print and pattern design. You must have strong technical knowledge of design software and a good understanding of color, print, and pattern trends. Additionally, you must possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.If you have an eye for detail, a love for color, and a passion for creating engaging designs, this could be the perfect role for you.
