1. Help customers bring their unique style and personality to life by providing design expertise and personalized styling services.
2. Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers while in the Design Studio, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited about their home design journey.
3. Utilize knowledge of current design trends and products to guide customers in making informed decisions that align with their personal style.
4. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop custom design solutions that meet their individual budget and timeline.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Pottery Barn's products.
6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new and upcoming collections.
7. Assist with visual merchandising and styling of the Design Studio to create an inspiring and visually appealing space for customers.
8. Proactively communicate with customers throughout the design process to ensure their needs are being met and any issues are addressed promptly.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
10. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
11. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve design and customer service skills.
12. Keep updated records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference and follow-up.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
