1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the Design Studio, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
2. Engage with customers to understand their design needs and preferences, and assist them in selecting products and services that best fit their vision.
3. Utilize strong design knowledge and skills to create and present personalized design solutions to customers.
4. Collaborate with customers to develop a comprehensive design plan, including furniture, decor, and other home accessories.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of Pottery Barn's products, services, and design principles, in order to effectively guide customers in their decision-making process.
6. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Pottery Barn's aesthetic and design philosophy to customers.
7. Keep up-to-date with current design trends and industry developments to provide customers with the latest and most innovative design ideas.
8. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide support as needed.
9. Effectively communicate with customers to manage expectations and provide updates throughout the design process.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
11. Maintain a clean and organized Design Studio space, ensuring all products and samples are properly displayed and stocked.
12. Attend and participate in training and development opportunities to continually enhance design skills and knowledge.
13. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and services to customers.
14. Contribute to the overall success of the Design Studio by actively seeking out and implementing process improvements and providing feedback to management.
