  1. Greet and welcome customers to Pottery Barn with a friendly and professional attitude.
  2. Assist customers in selecting the perfect home decor and furniture pieces that align with their personal style and needs.
  3. Utilize strong design skills to create visual displays and vignettes that showcase the products and inspire customers.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and understanding customers' design preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by Pottery Barn.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure the Design Studio is well-stocked and visually appealing at all times.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current design trends and styles to provide customers with the most relevant and innovative design suggestions.
  8. Communicate with customers about custom design options and assist with placing special orders.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve design skills and knowledge of Pottery Barn products.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to provide customers with a pleasant and comfortable shopping experience.
  12. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  14. Assist with merchandising and restocking products as needed.
  15. Represent Pottery Barn in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Clients And Team Members.

  • Proficiency In Design Software Such As Autocad, Sketchup, And Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design Or Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Design-Related Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Design Principles, Color Theory, And Space Planning.
