- Create and maintain a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment in the design studio.
- Stay up-to-date on current design trends, products, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with customers to create personalized and unique design plans that meet their individual needs and budget.
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to customers.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure a seamless and professional experience for customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling design services and products.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Pottery Barn's products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service by following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Keep the design studio organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and make suggestions for process improvements.
- Represent the Pottery Barn brand with integrity and uphold company values and standards.
- Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to design and customer service.
Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Retail Or Residential Interior Design
Strong Knowledge Of Design Principles, Color Theory, And Space Planning
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Autocad, Sketchup, And Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Clients And Team Members.
