You should be comfortable working in a retail setting and have the ability to build strong relationships with customers. A background in interior design, home decor, or related field is a plus. 4. Maintain knowledge of current trends in interior design, home decor, and related fields.
5. Stay up-to-date on Pottery Barn products and services.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer questions and concerns in a timely manner.
7. Assist with the sale of products and services.
8. Maintain a clean and organized retail space.
9. Collaborate with other members of the Pottery Barn team to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
