Design Studio Specialist

Pottery Barn is searching for a creative and detail-oriented Design Studio Specialist to join our Design Studio team. As a Design Studio Specialist, you will be a key member of the team, providing support and guidance to our customers while they explore our vast array of products and services. 2. Provide customers with support and guidance while they explore Pottery Barn's products and services.

4. Utilize a mix of retail experience, design knowledge, and customer service skills.
5. Assist customers in creating beautiful spaces with Pottery Barn products.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
7. Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
8. Ensure store is organized and stocked with merchandise according to company standards.
9. Collaborate with the Design Studio team to ensure customer needs are met.
10. Stay up-to-date on product offerings and design trends.
