Design Studio Specialist

Pottery Barn is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Design Studio Specialist to join our team. The Design Studio Specialist will provide an outstanding customer experience by creating inspiring and unique design concepts tailored to each customer’s individual needs. Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement creative design concepts tailored to each customer’s individual needs

-Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience

-Stay up-to-date with current interior design trends and principles

-Assist customers with product selection and placement

-Provide accurate and timely product information

-Greet walk-in customers and answer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

-Monitor customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction

-Maintain a clean and organized workspace

-Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals

-Assist with other duties as assigned by management
