You must have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong knowledge of interior design techniques and principles. An associate degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a design-related role is also beneficial.

7. Educate customers on the latest trends and styles in interior design.
8. Keep up-to-date on the latest product offerings and services from Pottery Barn.
9. Assist with the installation of design projects.
10. Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
