The successful candidate will work with customers to select products available in the store, as well as discuss custom options available through our Design Studio program.The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, outgoing personality. Experience in interior design, retail, or customer service is a plus. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
2. Discuss product options available in store and custom options available through the Design Studio program.
3. Assist customers in selecting products and services that fit their design visions.
4. Offer design solutions and recommendations to customers.
5. Provide knowledge and expertise in interior design, retail, and customer service.
6. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by Pottery Barn.
7. Ensure that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
8. Monitor customer feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
9. Uphold the company standards for customer service, quality, and professionalism.
10. Create and maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers.
