Design Studio Specialist

Pottery Barn is seeking an enthusiastic Design Studio Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. The Design Studio Specialist will be the go-to design expert for our customers, providing guidance and advice to ensure they have the best design experience possible. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their interior design needs.
2. Offer guidance and advice to customers to ensure they have the best design experience possible.
3. Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
4. Utilize knowledge of interior design principles and trends when working with customers.
5. Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
6. Use computer programs related to design (e.g. AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) to create designs.
7. Lift and move furniture, as needed.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product range, special promotions, and pricing.
9. Accurately record all customer information in the database.
10. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
