The Design Studio Specialist is responsible for providing personalized design services and advice to customers, while exemplifying the Pottery Barn brand and maintaining a high level of customer service. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep knowledge of design and styling trends.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of retail or design experience, as well as a genuine interest in home design and styling. You should be confident in your design abilities and be able to provide professional advice and direction to customers. Additionally, you should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
