
Customer Service Specialist

Pottery Barn is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team of dedicated and knowledgeable professionals. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their inquiries are answered promptly and professionally. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be integral in delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping to build strong relationships and loyalty to our brand.The ideal candidate for this position will have a friendly and positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to providing superior customer service. A minimum of two years of customer service experience is required, as is experience with both inbound and outbound phone support. You must also have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Experience with CRM systems is preferred, but not required.
