Job Description

Pottery Barn is seeking an enthusiastic and highly creative individual to join our Photo Studio team as our Creative Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to ensure that the photo studio is running efficiently and that all product shots meet our high aesthetic standards. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for creative problem solving, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Photography, Art, or a related field, as well as at least two years of professional experience in the creative industry. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, as well as experience in digital asset management, photo editing, and color correction. Additionally, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with tight deadlines. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that the photo studio is running efficiently and that all product shots meet high aesthetic standards.
  2. Work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  3. Utilize digital asset management, photo editing, and color correction to achieve desired results.
  4. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all deliverables are met.
  6. Train and mentor junior team members.
  7. Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure the highest quality of work is achieved.
