Job Description

Pottery Barn is seeking a talented Content Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our content production team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life through compelling and creative visual content.   1. Produce visually appealing and engaging content for Pottery Barn's brand across various platforms and media channels.
  2. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute content ideas that align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
  3. Conduct research and gather inspiration to inform content creation and ensure it resonates with the target audience.
  4. Use strong storytelling skills to create content that effectively communicates the brand's values, products, and messaging.
  5. Ensure all content meets brand standards and guidelines, including quality, consistency, and tone of voice.
  6. Assist in the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, including coordinating with vendors, organizing props, and managing timelines.
  7. Edit and retouch images and videos to meet brand standards and specifications.
  8. Manage and organize digital assets, including photos, videos, and other content, in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and social media, to ensure content is aligned with overall brand strategy and goals.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to continuously improve the brand's content and stay ahead of the curve.
  11. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and delivered on time.
  12. Assist in managing budgets and expenses related to content production.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all content reflects the values and image of Pottery Barn.
  14. Provide support and assistance to the creative team as needed, including administrative tasks and other ad hoc projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • 1-2 Years Of Experience In Content Production, Preferably In The Retail Or Home Decor Industry.

  • Strong Writing And Editing Skills, With A Keen Eye For Detail And Grammar.

  • Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Content Management Systems.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Collaborative Environment And Meet Tight Deadlines.
