- Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies that align with Pottery Barn's brand values and goals.
- Create engaging and compelling content for various platforms including social media, email, and in-store displays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and engagement metrics to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain customer databases and mailing lists.
- Plan and execute events and promotions to increase customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and actively engage with customers to build relationships and promote brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' communication and engagement strategies.
- Support and train store associates on effective communication and engagement techniques.
- Assist in crisis communication management and customer service inquiries as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media and influencers to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with external partners to create co-branded communication and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on communication and engagement efforts and outcomes.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Pottery Barn in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate communication and engagement strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Communications, Public Relations, Or Marketing.
Experience Managing Social Media Accounts And Creating Engaging Content.
Strong Writing And Editing Skills, With The Ability To Create Compelling And Informative Messaging.
Experience With Event Planning And Execution, Including Coordinating With External Vendors And Managing Budgets.
