Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with completing their purchases.

  5. Ensure that the store is adequately stocked and merchandised.
  6. Follow company policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor customer traffic and provide assistance when needed.
  8. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  9. Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  10. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
