
Associate Store Manager
As an Associate Store Manager at Pottery Barn, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading by example. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for home décor and design.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a retail environment, knowledge of merchandising and visual presentation standards, and the ability to develop and motivate a team to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate will also have strong problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers • Develop and motivate a team to meet sales goals • Lead by example and role model desired behaviors • Monitor and ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures • Create and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty • Maintain merchandise standards, visual presentation, and organization of sales floor • Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise to meet customer demands • Handle customer complaints and resolve disputes in a courteous and professional manner • Train and develop team members on company policies and procedures • Provide feedback to team members on their performance • Ensure store is operating within company standards and regulations
