Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor store operations and take corrective action when necessary.

• Lead and manage store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.

• Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that shelves are stocked with product.

• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.

• Create monthly and annual reports on store performance.

• Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to address customer needs.

• Develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to drive business.

• Attend trade shows and other retail-related events.
