
Associate Store Manager
Pottery Barn is in search of an experienced and passionate Associate Store Manager to join our team. We are looking for an organized, customer-focused individual to help us deliver a world-class customer experience and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic leader with a commitment to excellence and an ability to motivate and develop sales associates to reach their full potential.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a managerial role. They will have a proven track record of driving sales and delivering customer service excellence. They should have a strong understanding of merchandising, customer service techniques, visual presentation, and store operations. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.At Pottery Barn, we are passionate about creating a positive and inviting shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the store, including customer service, sales, staff scheduling, and inventory management. • Train, motivate, and develop sales associates to reach their full potential. • Maintain a high level of customer service excellence to ensure a positive and inviting shopping experience. • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are being followed. • Monitor store performance and take appropriate action to maximize sales and profits. • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales. • Create an atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other team members. • Maintain excellent visual standards throughout the store. • Monitor store safety and security.
