
Associate Store Manager
Pottery Barn is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Associate Store Manager to help lead our store team. This individual will report to the Store Manager and will be responsible for providing guidance and direction to store employees, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in the home furnishing or lifestyle industry. They will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
