5. Develop and implement creative marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
6. Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and available.
7. Train and mentor new associates to ensure they are up to speed on current procedures and policies.
8. Monitor and control payroll and labor costs to ensure they remain within budget.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure a steady supply of merchandise.
