In this role, you will help lead the team in creating an exceptional customer experience, driving store performance, and motivating associates to reach their goals. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a customer-focused environment in the store • Manage and motivate a team of associates to reach sales goals • Monitor store performance and adjust strategies as needed • Ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently • Develop and implement creative strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty • Create a positive and inspiring work environment for associates • Analyze store data to identify areas for improvement • Develop and maintain relationships with store vendors and partners • Manage store budget and inventory
