At Pottery Barn, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Associate Store Manager to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and a passion for providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is able to foster a positive work environment and motivate team members to meet our store’s goals.The Associate Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring that customers have the best possible experience when shopping at Pottery Barn. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and be highly organized.If you have the qualifications we are looking for and are excited to join our team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: • Oversee store operations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. • Manage staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance. • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. • Develop and implement customer service standards and ensure that staff adhere to them. • Ensure that store is adequately stocked and merchandised to maximize sales. • Monitor inventory levels and purchase products to maintain optimal inventory levels. • Address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain a safe and secure working environment by implementing safety policies and procedures. • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure budgetary goals are met. • Remain current with industry trends and best practices.
