
Associate Store Manager
Pottery Barn is looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as an Associate Store Manager. Our ideal candidate should possess a strong business acumen and leadership skills, as well as excellent customer service and communication abilities. We are looking for a team-player who is highly organized, committed to exceeding expectations, and has a passion for the Pottery Barn brand and products. If you have a track record of success in a retail environment, we would love to hear from you!The Associate Store Manager’s primary responsibility is to lead the team and ensure the highest level of customer service and operational standards. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in the retail industry, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a proven record of successful implementation of store plans, including sales goals, customer service initiatives, and store operations. The Associate Store Manager should also have a strong understanding of merchandise, trends, and visual merchandising standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the store team to ensure the highest level of customer service and operational standards
- Monitor store performance and provide feedback to senior management
- Oversee store operations, including sales goals, customer service initiatives, and store operations
- Develop and implement store plans to ensure store objectives are met
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Train, motivate, and mentor store team members
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and merchandising standards
- Monitor trends and ensure store is up to date on desired merchandise and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services
