The Associate Store Manager should also have a strong understanding of merchandise, trends, and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the store team to ensure the highest level of customer service and operational standards
• Monitor store performance and provide feedback to senior management
• Oversee store operations, including sales goals, customer service initiatives, and store operations
• Develop and implement store plans to ensure store objectives are met
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Train, motivate, and mentor store team members
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and merchandising standards
• Monitor trends and ensure store is up to date on desired merchandise and visual merchandising standards
• Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services
