Associate Inventory Planner

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Associate Inventory Planner to join the team at Pottery Barn. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Inventory Planning Manager to ensure the efficient flow of merchandise to our stores and ecommerce channels. You’ll track inventory levels and anticipate customer demand to ensure stores have the right merchandise at the right time.To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to creating a customer-focused shopping experience. Responsibilities:

-Analyze customer demand and inventory levels to ensure stores have the right merchandise at the right time -Work closely with Inventory Planning Manager to ensure efficient flow of merchandise to stores and ecommerce channels -Conduct regular stock replenishment according to sales and forecasted demand -Generate accurate reports on inventory status and levels -Work with other departments to determine product needs and resolve any issues -Manage the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of merchandise -Develop inventory strategies to maximize sales and profit -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures -Perform other related duties as assigned
