We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Store Manager of Sales & Service to join our team and help bring our vision to life. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.   1. Manage Sales Team: The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet and exceed sales goals.
  2. Drive Sales: The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the sales team to implement strategies and techniques to drive sales and increase revenue.
  3. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: The Assistant Store Manager will lead by example and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service from the sales team, and will step in to handle any escalated customer concerns.
  4. Maintain Store Standards: The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times, in line with company standards.
  5. Train and Develop Team: The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for training and developing the sales team, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance and ensure a high level of customer service.
  6. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising: The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure that all displays and product presentations are visually appealing and in line with the company's brand and standards.
  7. Monitor Inventory: The Assistant Store Manager will work with the inventory management team to monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels, and ensure that all product displays are well-stocked and replenished as needed.
  8. Assist with Store Operations: The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in various operational tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and budget management.
  9. Create a Positive Team Culture: The Assistant Store Manager will foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong sense of company culture.
  10. Stay Informed on Industry Trends: The Assistant Store Manager will stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitors to make informed decisions and recommendations to improve sales and customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Position, Preferably In A Sales And Service-Focused Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As An Assistant Store Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Sales Associates And Ensuring They Are Meeting Their Sales Goals And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.   • Knowledge Of Pottery Barn Products: A Passion For Home Decor And Knowledge Of Pottery Barn's Products Is Important For This Role. You Will Be Expected To Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Brand's Products And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Their Features And Benefits To Customers.

  • Organizational And Multitasking Abilities: The Assistant Store Manager Will Be Responsible For Various Tasks, Such As Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Scheduling. Candidates Should Have Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment.
