
Assistant Store Manager - Sales & Service

- Lead a team of sales associates towards achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.
- Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer base.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to increase sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and promote brand loyalty.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge and recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to ensure displays and signage are up-to-date and in line with company standards.
- Oversee inventory management and replenishment processes to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales team to communicate sales goals, provide feedback, and recognize top performers.
- Work closely with Store Manager to develop and implement store procedures and policies.
- Uphold company standards and policies, including but not limited to, loss prevention, safety, and employee conduct.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and provide suggestions to enhance store operations.
Previous Retail Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Retail Environment.
Strong Sales And Customer Service Skills: The Assistant Store Manager Will Be Responsible For Driving Sales And Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service Is Provided To All Customers. Therefore, Strong Sales And Customer Service Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
