  1. Oversee and manage the sales floor, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
  2. Train and mentor sales associates on customer service and sales techniques, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help them reach their full potential.
  3. Monitor sales goals and metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized and exceptional service to drive customer loyalty.
  5. Collaborate with visual merchandising team to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are effectively displayed.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and conducting regular inventory counts.
  8. Create and implement sales promotions and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  9. Work closely with Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and goals.
  10. Monitor and track store performance, analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
  11. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate company updates, sales targets, and provide ongoing training and development.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
  14. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
  15. Lead by example, demonstrating excellent sales and service skills and promoting a positive and enthusiastic work environment.
