Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates to ensure that customer service and store operations are running smoothly.
- Monitor store performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are being followed.
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase and shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
- Keep up to date with trends and developments in the home decor and furniture industry.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Report to the Store Manager on a regular basis about store operations.
