
Assistant Manager, Visual Merchandising
Pottery Barn is looking for an organized and creative Assistant Manager, Visual Merchandising to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating inspiring and engaging visual displays, and is excited to help grow our presence in the retail market. The ideal candidate will possess a creative eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the latest trends in visual merchandising.This role requires someone who is highly organized, has strong project management skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They should be able to work independently and with a team, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize their tasks. Responsibilities:
- Create inspiring and engaging visual displays according to the latest trends in visual merchandising.
- Utilize project management skills to prioritize and multitask projects.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with team members on visual displays projects.
- Ensure visual displays are kept up-to-date and in-line with the latest trends.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and adjust displays accordingly.
- Research and stay current on the latest trends in visual merchandising.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock shelves accordingly.
