  1. Collaborate with the global sourcing team to identify and select products that align with the brand's vision and customer preferences.
  2. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on emerging trends in home decor to inform product selection.
  3. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed buying decisions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as merchandising and marketing, to ensure product assortment and promotions are aligned with company goals.
  6. Responsible for managing product assortment, inventory levels, and forecasting to maximize sales and minimize excess inventory.
  7. Assist in the development of product pricing and strategies to achieve margin targets.
  8. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  9. Monitor competitors' product offerings and pricing to stay competitive in the market.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all purchasing activities.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from vendors to senior management.
  12. Continually seek out new and innovative products to enhance the brand's product assortment.
  13. Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to create compelling product displays in-store and online.
  14. Stay informed of industry and market trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  15. Assist in training and mentoring junior buying team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Merchandising, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Buying Or Merchandising, Preferably In A Global Retail Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competitive Landscape In The Home Furnishings Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Vendors And Internal Teams.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Data Analysis, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
