Tax Counsel / Senior Tax Counsel

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in both domestic and international taxation.The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent and a CPA license. They must demonstrate a solid understanding of tax laws and regulations, with a proven track record of successfully advising on tax matters. Experience in a public accounting firm, a law firm, or a corporate tax department is a plus.The Tax Counsel / Senior Tax Counsel will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior management team and various departments across the organization, and will be responsible for providing guidance on all tax-related activities. We seek an individual who is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
