Compensation Analyst

Our growing Total Rewards team is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join us in developing and administering Sales Incentive Plans for a high-growth tech company. You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure proper strategy, plan design, calculations, and delivery of our sales incentives. Administer monthly/quarterly sales incentive compensation plans, including calculations, adjustments and approval process. Perform audits and data reviews to ensure accuracy and timely corrections. Act as our main point of contact for all sales incentive compensation related inquiries. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all compensation methodologies, policies, and procedures are maintained. Deliver quota attainment reporting to executives and sales management Strategize with Sales Operations to improve sales incentive plan designs and approval process. Support the Total Rewards team with broader compensation initiatives.
