Job Description

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Assist HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects. Talent acquisition planning and strategy with Director’s direction to ensure business alignment. Recruits, assesses and recommends the best candidates to fill open positions. Presents offers to candidates and initiates the new hire paperwork and on-boarding process. Conducts new hire orientation and safety training for Spanish speaking population. Reviews applications and interviews candidates to obtain work history, education, training, skills, salary requirements, and provides information about the organization and the position. Negotiates salaries and makes recommendations to the Operations Team.
