
Charging Component Owner - Propulsion
We are looking for a talented and experienced Charging Component Owner - Propulsion to join the growing Propulsion team at Polestar. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and integration of charging components into our vehicles.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and possess a comprehensive understanding of charging components and their applications. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.The Charging Component Owner - Propulsion will be an integral part of the Propulsion team, contributing to the development of our vehicles. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively, lead design and development projects, and work closely with other teams within the company. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and integration of charging components into our vehicles.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure successful development and integration of charging components.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness of charging components.
- Monitor and analyze performance of charging components in order to optimize their use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to charging components.
- Stay abreast of current charging component technology and trends.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations regarding charging components.
- Contribute to the achievement of team goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
+ Years Of Experience In Automotive Powertrain Engineering
Proven Track Record Of Successful Product Development From Concept To Series Production
In-Depth Knowledge Of Electric Propulsion Components
