Assistance with planning and analysis of preventative maintenance programs in various trade disciplines. Coordination and review of architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents. Review, understand and enforce contractual requirements for Maintenance and Construction professionals. Meet with contractors, architects, engineers and consultants to review the project status and resolve issues. Interface with appropriate campus department heads when scheduling repair activities. Provide detailed estimates of repair costs and scope.
