At Pizza Hut, we are looking for a Real Estate Market Planning Analyst who is a self-starter and creative thinker to join our team. This individual should be dedicated to creating and executing strategies that will increase the value of our real estate portfolio.The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and the ability to develop comprehensive plans to maximize our market presence. They must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and think strategically to identify opportunities for growth.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field and at least three years of experience in real estate market planning and analysis. They should also have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as experience with financial analysis and market research. This individual should be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

Create and execute strategies to maximize value of real estate portfolio.
Develop comprehensive plans to increase Pizza Hut's market presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth.
Conduct financial analysis and market research.
Analyze and interpret real estate market data.
Prepare detailed reports to present to management.
Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on market conditions.
Maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Manage and track budgets and timelines.
Utilize creative and innovative approaches to problem solving.
